Privacy policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Flowstead is a trade name of Apollo Solar Slayers LLC, based in Vancouver, WA. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request a free email audit, the form asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your store's web address (URL)
- Anything you choose to write about your biggest email challenge
That's it. This site does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to you about your audit: to review your store's emails, send you the audit, and follow up about it. We do not sell, rent, or share it for anyone else's marketing, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit the form, your information is sent to Formspree and then forwarded to us by email. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to how it handles that data.
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download them.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests only as long as needed to respond and follow up, unless you become a client. If an audit request doesn't lead to working together, we delete it after 12 months.
Your choices and deletion
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Email hello@flowstead.net with the subject line "Delete my data" and we will delete it from our records and ask Formspree to delete the submission.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
